Artists or artist groups, creative small businesses or non-profits can benefit from renting space in the heart of Tacoma downtown. Spaceworks has two studio/office spaces available, located at 1120 Pacific Ave.
Formerly known as 1120 Creative House, the space is now referred to as 1120 Downtown and offers an affordable, long-term studio/office space to artists and creatives so they can work, share and collaborate with others in the community.
Tenants of the 1120 Downtown enjoy the following amenities:
- 24/7 secure access
- High Speed internet and Wi-Fi
- a professional location to meet with clients
- Spaceworks promotion and marketing of the location
- Access to the communal spaces
Communal amenities include:
- 1300 sq. ft. common space for all tenants to utilize on a calendar check-out basis for workshops, small gatherings, etc.
- shared kitchen, bathroom, shower, and art sink
- balcony overlooking Pacific Avenue
- gallery walls in common areas for art & design made by the tenants
