On January 31, 2023, after 8 years and more than 35 tenants, we are closing the doors of our first coworking site, 1120 Pacific (formerly known as Creative House). We are so grateful to everyone who helped make this space vibrant with events, exhibitions, and gatherings.
We believe strongly that Tacoma needs accessible and affordable space for artists and emerging entrepreneurs, and this was one of the top requests we heard through our recent strategic planning sessions. We hope to manage another commercial space in the future and will continue to provide recommendations of local properties.
