Spaceworks Tacoma invites applications from Tacoma creatives who could activate a long-vacant “Coffee Shop” space at the Pierce Transit Commerce Street Transit Center, located between 9th and 11th. This Special Project opportunity is open to all kinds of creative and unusual ideas.
