Big Sue Meatless Jerky is a vegan snack brand handmade locally by me. The main ingredient is dehydrated whole soybeans, which are marinated and then baked at a low temperature to produce a snack with a very satisfying texture and addictive flavor. Dehydrated soybeans are a great source of fiber and protein while being very reasonable in calorie content. Plant-based food is a trend that has been steadily increasing in popularity not only for the nutritional benefit, but also the sustainability impacts as well.
