91% of the entire dating app market share in the United States is owned by just two publicly traded companies – Match Group and Bumble, who have no financial incentive for users to find healthy meaningful relationships and no longer use their products. Dating apps largely serve the same purpose – allowing users to “search” their database of profiles by way of swiping, often only differentiating the products by user demographic (Christian Mingle, Grindr, etc). Endless swiping on strangers has created toxic dating culture, as people lack accountability for their behavior, and have no incentive for personal growth.

Datable is not a swiping app, it’s a relationship app that allows users to build relationship skills on their own in the app which turns inputs into visualized and interactive insights with the use of AI, and also to be part of a local community through online cohorts and in person events. Datable is not only for users who are currently single, but also a tool that can still be used by those once they enter into relationships or even marriage. Because Datable focuses on universal aspects of relationships, rather than segregating by demographics such as sex, gender, sexual orientation, relationship status, religion or age, the potential market is open to anyone 18+, interested in relationships and self growth.
