Coach India Irons, MSW, LSWAIC is a dance instructor, teaching students aged 8-18. Fearless Dance program is about so much more than teaching choreography; it is building dance groups and training dancers to become choreographers, and freestyle for performances. The vision of Fearless Dance is to empower young people to live fearlessly for God. Our mission is to empower young people to have the ability to meet and overcome challenges beyond the stage and to uplift young people to believe in their purpose, worth and value on and off the stage through dance.

Therapeutic techniques are used to address the issues that are interfering with the youth’s quality of life including: Christian Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Trauma Counseling, and Social Emotional Learning through dance. The youth may be experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidal, parental struggles, issues with life, peer pressure. Insight around the thought patterns and response to life events are explored to develop work towards gaining new skills and achieving desired goals. Genres taught in this program are Hip Hop Dance, Mime, Pop and Lock, and Praise Dance.
