Fruit Bat Baking Co. is a bakery for providing Tacoma with high-quality sourdough bread and pastries created with local ingredients. Tacoma is an incredible city, but is lacking in the bakery space, especially artisan breads. This is one more small community space, tucked into the fabric of Tacoma, supporting workers and providing a great product and service. We need these types of businesses to attract and support people living and working here.
