It offers activities families and friends can do that are outside the norm. They can get together and brew their own tea or take a workshop making their own terrariums. They can get together with other artists in a relaxed atmosphere. It will provide another alternative to tacoma’s bar scene for activities..
Tacoma is on the unceded coastal Salish lands of the Spuyaləpabš people. I would like to work with them on preserving some of the plant knowledge their peoples have developed and preserve some of that history, while sharing it with my customers.
