Our dream is a sustainable, high-quality business that supports and strengthens the food economy in Tacoma and Pierce County. We want to build a new type of food manufacturing company that emphasizes fair, sustainable practices, ensures equity among partners, provides a culinary path outside the norm and, of course, creates surprising, memorable, and nearly mystical products.
Our goal is to highlight and strength in the food economy. We do this by purchasing produce from local farmers that highlight this region’s bounty. We create jobs for culinary arts students and professionals, in addition to sales, administrative, marketing, and engineering.
