Visions boards are a visual reminder of what your heart desires most and a daily reminder of your ultimate purpose in life. According to author Jack Canfield, they provide a “guiding star” to keep you moving in the direction of your dreams.

Shawn, the owner of Three Trees Yoga and Chrysalis Solutions PLLC in Federal Way, has led groups in vision boarding for the past five years, leading individuals to be surprised to find what their hearts truly desire, to acknowledge it and make it a reality. Her joy and passion for vision boarding comes from witnessing others’ dreams come true and the wonderment that comes along with it.
